have often wondered what foods cause a reaction for me. I thought I had a
gluten intolerance, but not all foods with gluten produced any symptoms. For
example, sometimes bread would make me feel bad and sometimes it wouldn’t.
Sometimes I had no clue what was making me feel uncomfortable, so I did the
LEAP MRT food sensitivity test mostly out of curiosity. I also have a friend
who did it and had amazing results, so I felt compelled to try it myself.
was great about explaining my results, listing what foods were ok at each phase
of the process, and even suggesting recipes to make the plan more satisfying. She
also called me periodically to see how I was doing and answer any questions I
had. She was very encouraging to stick with it and understanding about the
challenges. Shivani truly felt like a food “coach” and made me feel that my
success with the program was very important to her. My
stomach pain was gone! As in NONE. I was amazed and so glad I did this. Even
in areas that I didn’t think were food-related, such as sleep, allergies,
fatigue, joint pain etc. I didn’t have major complaints in those areas, but I
still saw improvement

I got the LEAP test done because
I was always fatigued, couldn't sleep, and I had stomach aches and bloating all
the time. I would also experience "brain fog" on a
daily basis. I also had the test done to help cope with my
autoimmune condition. After following a diet based on the results of my
LEAP test for two weeks, there were several changes in my symptoms. The
first symptom change with the "brain fog" disappearing by the third
day. I have been sleeping solidly through the night with almost no insomnia
at all. Also, when following my diet plan, I have experienced almost no
bloating or stomach pain. In summation, almost all of my symptoms have
either disappeared or been greatly reduced. As a bonus to following the
diet, eating the foods shown to be least reactive to my body, I also lost about
11 pounds in two and half weeks. If you are used to eating a wide variety
of foods, or are frequently eating out or traveling, yes this is
a difficult diet to follow. However, with practice, it becomes
easier and is only reinforced when you feel your symptoms go away! I had
to attend a conference out of town, and after discovering that I couldn't eat
most of what was being served for lunch, I packed a cooler with acceptable
foods and kept that cooler in my hotel room. It can be a challenge,
and takes some planning, but the reward of feeling better is so worth it.
We would like
to thank you for introducing our family to LEAP MRT. It was a huge blessing to
know about it and actually follow. It has definitely improved the health
quality of our 10 year old son. As you know he has had a brain surgery for
seizure disorder, he would still occasionally get the seizure auras (but not
actually seizure). With LEAP MRT, we started to see the difference in just 2
months and now after being on the food elimination method he seldom gets those auras.
It is a little hard for a young 10 year old to be gluten free, tyramine free,
solanine free, nut free, diary free diet. But the results from being on LEAP MRT
method has been remarkable. Again, for a kid to be on such a restricted diet is
not easy, but due to the overall improvement, we would say it was WORTH it. And
more than anyone else, our son understands it and that makes a huge difference. And
thank you Shivani, for all your help. You have been and are still a tremendous
support to us. Without your expert knowledge, prompt responses, trying to help
get solutions any time of the day/night, patience... it would have been hard
for us to be able to pull it through.
I am a 64 year old woman
with both Type 2 Diabetes and High Blood Pressure. My primary Physician, Dr. James MacKenzie,
had counseled me often on the importance of changing my eating lifestyle, so as
to improve both medical conditions. After no apparent change, on my part, Dr. MacKenzie suggested that I
have a consultation with Shivani Sharma, a registered Dietitian. Upon meeting Shivani, I found her to be so
warm, genuine, non judgmental and very encouraging. She helped me realize that with proper
discipline and a change in my eating habits, I could begin to improve my
medical conditions. I began to feel that
Dr. MacKenzie truly had my
best interest at heart, so the very least that I could do was to get serious
and help myself. Shivani's Ten Day Detox
Diet was the beginning of a new and improved eating lifestyle for me. This was indeed the most challenging part of
the diet for me. However, as my cravings for wheat and sugar diminished, it
became increasingly easier to resist the wrong foods and concentrate on the
right food choices. It has now been
about eight weeks and I have continued my healthy eating with ease. I have lost weight, gained energy and my
glucose numbers have improved. I plan on
continuing my healthy nutrition lifestyle and look forward to the day when I
might possibly even be medication free. I am sincerely grateful to both Dr. James MacKenzie and Shivani Sharma
for their dedication to improving the lives of their patients.
I give permission to

To Whom It May Concern :
Shivani has worked with Engineered Athletics and Fitness on a contractual basis for one year. During that time Shivani demonstrated above normal levels of enthusiasm to help promote Engineered Athletics and Fitness’ nutrition services. She would often call and let us know that she had found additional clients and wanted to schedule them for metabolic assessments and nutrition consulting.
Shivani worked very well with the staff and was always presented herself in a very professional manner. She provided services that included nutrition consulting, metabolic testing, seminars for the general public, and seminars for endurance athletes. Not only did she do an excellent job presenting she also created all the seminars on Powerpoint from scratch. I would highly recommend Shivani.

Dr. Shivani Presentation is Excellent and informative. Please continue these lectures regularly for all of us to be benefited.
My experience with Shivani was a pleasant and productive one. On December 2011, I weigh 197 pounds and had a fat % of 15.
I met with Shivani and she took the necessary time to review my eating habits and correct them. She developed a specific eating plan for me to follow. In this plan I never felt hungry and my energy level increased while my body fat % decreased. Her advice together with moderate exercise has brought positives changes in my life. As of February 2012 I weigh 176 pounds with a body fat % of 11.
I highly recommend Shivani!
