Coriander or Cilantro Chutney or sauce is something very quick to make and it can accompany many things. Its great with any main dish that you have prepared. It can be used with rice pilaf, on a bread as spread with crackers and can flavor any dish.
Spicy, tangy sauce or chutney that can be used with any main course.
Servings: 6 people
- 1 bunch Cilantro Fresh
- 1 Lemon or Lime
- 1 tsp salt As needed
- 1 Green Chilli Optional
- 1/2 cup Water
- Chop Cilantro/Coriander leaves.
- Add all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Store in a glass jar.
