This is just an extended version of Cilantro Chutney. Cilantro chutney is more runny where as adding avocado to that same recipe makes it nice and creamy. Can be used as spread as well on the toast.

Coriander/Cilantro Chutney

Spicy, tangy sauce or chutney that can be used with any main course.

  • Blender


  • 1 bunch Cilantro Fresh
  • 1 Lemon or Lime
  • 1 tsp salt As needed
  • 1 Green Chilli Optional
  • 1/2 cup Water


  • Chop Cilantro/Coriander leaves.
  • Add all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Store in a glass jar.
